The purpose of the Association is to achieve its Goal and Vision by adhering to our core values and principles in: ~   encouraging and supporting creativity in the development of initiatives to address societal change;
~   responding to changes in the needs of the people we support;
~   demonstrating high standards of professional and personal behaviour;
~   working collaboratively and in good faith with our internal and external communities to optimize opportunities and resources;
